Flooded Basement

This flooded basement in Kansas City was the result of a broken pipe. The water caused extensive damage throughout the finished basement. The after picture was taken only one day after the incident. We were able to quickly get into the residence and pull back the carpet which reveled a lot of damage in the carpet pad. As you can see we left as much as the carpet and pad as possible to cut back on cost for the homeowner. Our goal is to test the area and minimize the amount of construction, not all of the flooring was effected so we left as much as possible, only taking out what was necessary.
